La Playa — Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and La Playa has issued your booking confirmation.

Please check your accommodation, dates and number of guests carefully before completing your reservation.

Payment

Entering your card information does not complete the payment.

Providing your card information when booking does not mean that your card has been charged. Our team will send you a separate payment link or instructions for making a bank transfer.

Please complete the payment within 24 hours of receiving these instructions. La Playa will separately confirm receipt of your payment.

If you cannot complete payment within 24 hours, please contact us before the deadline. We may grant an extension where there is a valid reason. Any extension must be confirmed by La Playa.

If you have already completed the payment, please do not pay again.

Full payment of 100% of the reservation amount is required to confirm your reservation. Credit card payments are subject to a 5% surcharge. We will confirm the total amount before you make the payment.

The automatic reservation email does not constitute proof of payment.

Cancellation & Transfer of Reservation

Your reservation is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation, a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the booking amount applies, regardless of when you cancel.

If, for any reason, you are unable to use your reservation on the scheduled date, you may transfer it to another person, provided that the dates, villa and number of guests remain unchanged.

Please notify us in advance and provide the name of the person who will take your place.

No refund is provided for a no-show, late arrival or early departure.

Requests to change your dates must be submitted in writing. Changes are subject to availability and La Playa’s written agreement; they are not guaranteed. Any difference in price will be communicated before you accept a change. Transferring your reservation to another person does not entitle that person to change the dates, villa or number of guests.
