Quiet hours are from 19:00 to 08:00. Please avoid loud music, shouting and noise that could disturb neighbouring villas. Quiet use of terraces and pools is welcome.

Access to La Playa involves descending a few steps at the property entrance. Additional steps lead to the lower villas and the beach. Only Pirámide and Sunset have an internal staircase between floors; the other four villas have single-level interiors. Property access is not step-free.
Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00 at reception. Checkout is by 11:00.
